How do I get started with AZSuite?
AZSuite is currently in limited access release while we onboard early users. To request access, contact us and we will get you set up. Once your account is active, the on-screen onboarding will walk you through adding your first aircraft, and the documentation site covers each persona — owner, pilot, A&P, repair facility, flight club, experimental builder — step-by-step.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
If you are signed in, open the Support page from the sidebar and click "New Ticket." Pick "Bug Report" or "Feature Request" as the category. If you are not yet a user, use the Contact form below.
Where can I see my logbook entries?
After signing in, pilots and owners will see the N-Number(s) of the aircraft they are associated with in the sidebar. Click the aircraft icon and the logbook pages for that aircraft will be presented. Owners and A&P users can also reach the maintenance logbook from the aircraft detail page. Once in the logbook section, all work events are shown at the bottom of the page. If you only want to view a specific logbook, select the logbook you would like to review — green indicates active logbooks and yellow represents closed/historical logbooks. After choosing a logbook you can run a search, and the flipbook view can be opened to see the actual images of the logbook pages.
How do I invite team members to my repair facility or flight club?
Account administrators can send invitations from the admin invitations page once their facility or club is set up. Each invitee receives an email with a registration link.
I think the data on my aircraft is wrong — what do I do?
Open a Support ticket with category "Data Issue" and include the tail number plus what looks incorrect. We will track it through to resolution.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — AZSuite Mobile is the companion app for AZSuite and is currently in active development. Limited access users will be provided access to the AZSuite Mobile app as part of their early-access onboarding.
